Black and white pics always look good, but even you Aduiholic dont you feel that the grill is too much and the look is too A8'ish, needs more flare or something to let it stand out?

No not at all, I think the front is one of the best looking Audi fronts ever. And the grille fits the car very good.

Well your entitled, but i will say its just not sporty enough physically, i dont really have high expecttions, but id like to see more body and sport niches on this car, to bring it out a bit.

i myself was pretty disappointed when i first saw the picture of the new s8, but the design really grew on me everytime i see it, now i think it's grogeous.

i believe audi purposely designed this car in such a subtle way.look at the rs4, it shows they too can add aggresive style to a car, just they dont feel like design the new s8 in the way they designed rs4.

and about the power, i think they were serious when they said they are quiting the horsepower war and focus more on driving dynamic.

I feel the same way, but what would the new S be without the AMG kit, it changes everything, exterior style is crucial, they needed to do something. Thats all.
Design didn't have to grown on me, i alrady loved the A8, i just wanted more sport out of it, if not performance than look.... but still it needs spice!
