Meanwhile, if you missed the Camaro convertible concept at all the auto shows, you can see it right now at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles, where it will be on display for about a month.

Sangyup Lee says that one of the reasons for building the Camaro convertible concept was the long gestation period of the new Camaro production car. After all, it won't be on sale until 2009. Meanwhile, Ford is selling gazillions of Mustangs.

"We hope this concept will keep the momentum going for the coming Camaro," he says. Yeah, and in the meantime, keep the Chevy guys out of Ford showrooms.

I know you guys don't care much for American cars and neither do I as a whole, but this is the best looking concept car GM has ever produced. If they stay true to this concept without too much variation GM won't be able to build enough of them. The car is going to be a huge hit, bigger than anything GM has done in the last 25 years easily! This thing is just drop-dead gorgeous.
