| Chrysler The Chrysler Corporation began as the Maxwell Motor Corporation, which hired Walter Chrysler in 1921 to help the company out of bankruptcy. Chrysler flirted with bankruptcy again in the early 1980s, but Lee Iacocca and the K-car came to the rescue, followed in 1984 with the introduction of the market-changing minivan. In November 1998 Chrysler became a division of DaimlerChrysler AG, created by a merger between Daimler-Benz and the Chrysler Corporation. In 2007 Chrysler split from Daimler to become Chrysler LLC. |

![]() | Re: The New 2007 Chrysler Sebring I don't like it, inside and out. A semi-hatch with the droopy headlights of the facelifted Saab 9-5, the wacky taillights of (IIRC) a Pontiac G6, and the side creases of a wannabe Mercedes, plus the hideously out-of-place ridged bonnet of the Crossfire; coupled with acres of cheap-looking grey plastic inside, set off with cheap-looking silver plastic. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The New 2007 Chrysler Sebring Nice little car. I truly can't pin point what is wrong with it when I look at it, but it doesn't please my eyes when I see it. Nevertheless, it truly serves the purpose of what car is suppose to do and that is go from point A to point B. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The New 2007 Chrysler Sebring Is it just me or does that interior look really cheap, as in much cheaper than competition? On the outside it looks much smaller than its predecessor (which at least had some American glitz going for it, this one looks positively plain in comparison). I wonder how this car will be priced in the European market, if it will be cheap enough to compete with the Koreans it just might have a fighting chance... |

![]() | Re: The New 2007 Chrysler Sebring Looks like a Corolla mated with a Crossfire and produced something ugly. The front and rear do not match in style at all. The proportions are way off. The front headlights look dated and just weirdly shaped. The deep line on the side is trying to be Mercedes, but doesn't come close. The interior...Jesus Christ...what the bloody hell is that?! They are showcasing their new cooled cup holders in that picture. But HOLY PLASTIRAMA - CLUNK-O-RAMA. It just screams CHEAP! someone at Chrysler must really love the color GRAY. This could be Chrysler's worst sales distaster due to styling since the hideously overstyled 1990 Chrysler Imperial. Which was nothing but a jumped-up Chrysler K-Car and it flopped miserably. And it's not hard to see why it did flop so bad...just loook at it! ![]() ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The New 2007 Chrysler Sebring which parade do you refer to PHYBENZ? Is there a fest going on? Anyway, i don't like the car at all, either. It looks very cheap, and it's like somebody mixed the design of some other cars to form the new Sebring. The previous models were simply better... |
